Founded in 1946, AMB belonged to a group of companies which typified the prevailing spirit of enterprise following the end of World War II. Privately owned since we began trading in the forties, AMB is now in its third generation of family ownership. Our organisational structure is democratic and non-hierarchical, featuring short decision-making routes, and we encourage our personnel to assume a high degree of responsibility for their actions. By closely adhering to these principles, AMB has succeeded fostering a sound economic model for production, a committed workforce, and a personal, service-minded approach to our customers.

We work systematically to implement rational, economic processes during every stage of production. We first implemented the 5S model, which we consider a vital element in our production flow, at the beginning of the millennium, and we hope you notice this when you visit our factory floor. In addition to holding all requisite ISO certification, AMB also works according to Lean production practice. We encourage our personnel to be creative at every turn, as well as taking personal responsibility for their decisions.

Typically, an AMB employee has a broad range of competence and experience, including everything from process control, painting, logistics, assembly, project management, and administration.
