Position profiles

AMB employs approximately 130 people with a varied range of backgrounds and experiences. With a wide variety of roles within the company, we often look to recruit internally for new positions, creating excellent opportunities for personal development. Here are some examples of positions at AMB.

Machine operator/picker
An operator's tasks include manual picking work as well as checking and final inspection of components.

Process Technician Painting
As a technician working with decorative painting, your duties include basic programming and the process supervision of lacquering robots, and other equipment. Our operators also contribute towards ongoing maintenance within the plant.

Process Technician injection moulding
In the injection moulding section, duties include changing tools, adjusting parameters, and working with process development. Working closely with our project managers, you are also responsible for overseeing trial-runs.

Logistician
Since AMB is engaged in high-volume production, effective logistics is a vital aspect of our operations. Our logisticians work closely with the customer, coordinating forecasts, providing up-to-the-minute information on the status of orders and deliveries, and planning manufacturing together with our project management.

Project Manager
Our project managers liaise closely with the customer. The public face of the business, you will take care of new projects, from the customer's first draft through to production stage. An AMB project manager has a high degree of personal commitment, as well as technical expertise within, for example, injection moulding, painting, or cleanroom production.

Administration
As a manufacturing company, the majority of our workforce is based in production. However, we consider administrative functions equally important. In administration, you work with payroll, invoicing, and issues regarding stock.
