Manual painting
For manual painting, we have one box each for single-component base lacquer and clear lacquer, in addition to various curing furnaces.
Automated painting
Painting line 1 - one robot, designed for single-component painting and reflector painting following metallisation.
Painting line 2 - two robots, for application of base lacquer and clear lacquer.
Painting line 3 - three robots capable of applying primer, as well as base lacquer and clear lacquer.
Pad printing
Two pad printing machines, with one- and three-colour printing respectively.
Laser marking
In partnership with another supplier, we provide high quality laser ablation for marking or decoration.
