Lean Production

Lean Production is centred on creating more value with less work. At AMB, we have been applying the Lean philosophy for a number of years, and in many respects we run a model facility. Furthermore, we regularly conduct study tours with companies and organisations in south-east Sweden.

At AMB, the aim to work smartly and structurally underpins all our operations. Our Lean-coordinator ensures constant improvements are implemented. Every AMB employee works according to 5S workplace organisation methodology and the Kaizen Continuous Improvement philosophy. Our efforts to reinforce these procedures have included production of the AMB guide a pocket-size illustrated book given to all employees explaining Lean Production using AMB terms.
